Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Poor Service - Non delivery of Goods

Having ordered 6 bags of Rock Salt for delivery and explained at time of order that my address is a work address only occupied between 8am - Midday and left a mobile number to call if delivery advice...
