I am so sorry you found the hotel was not what you had expected and in particular the dining experience. The hotel is part of the Delphina group who have several hotels on the island, all of which are a good standard, although of course, I appreciate everyone has different tastes in food and it is disappointing that on this occasion you were unhappy,.
All the staff we dealt with were very helpful and had good knowledge of the hotel and flight details. The process was well managed and we would definitely use them again.
Not much interaction with the company so nothing really to rate.
