With your car hire did you ask if you can have a manual car as opposed to an electric? Hertz will always try to accommodate if they can. It is unfortunate your transfer time was longer than others however the route would have been completed in the most logical way with regards to where each property is located. I would imagine if you were one of the last to be dropped off, you would have been one of the first to be collected. It sounds as though you enjoyed your stay at Le Home despite this.
