We're happy to hear you appreciated the Welcome Pack - it's one of those little touches we at Corsican Places like to give for our customers. That said, I'm sorry you felt less supported than you had expected at other points in your holiday. Our Touchstay Guide for this property, which you received with your final holiday documents, includes directions from both the west and east of the resort. Whilst we would love to cover every arrival and airport, it's unfortunately not always possible with just the four representatives on the island, although I am pleased you were able to get hold of your rep when you needed to. Our Admin team is also very happy to help with questions you may have prior to departure, and I hope that you had a wonderful holiday overall.
