I was pleased to read your tickets were put right as soon as the mistake was identified. Maisons Bervily is very popular for families and I am sorry you felt the standards had deteriorated since your last visit. Owners do try and spend time on their properties during the winter months to update and carry out any maintenance issues. Your comments will therefore be passed on. It is a shame you did not experience the best of the Corsican sunshine during your holiday and I hope you have not been deterred from visiting Calvi again.

I am most sorry that you were affected by the delay to the Stansted Figari flight, which as you say, was due to a technical fault. We would have liked to offer all passengers refreshments, but with only one cart on board they do not carry enough stock so it was left as buy on board. It appears you also experienced a few problems with your accommodation too. Please accept our apologies the holiday was not as expected and your comments will be discussed with the relevant management so ensure improvements are made where necessary.
