Whilst we are delighted to hear you are happy with the flowers, we are sorry to hear that they were delivered a day later than planned. We do have advertised on the order page that whilst we deliver 95% of our orders on time, due to the current UK driver shortage there might, on some occasions, be some delays with flower deliveries.
