Not much contact from them .could never get a reply we did most of documents our selfs.the wait was to much for us and seller I would not recommend this company.
Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable & very helpful - it was occasionally difficult to get hold of someone but I appreciate they are very busy and they always got back me - which was much appreciate
Online progress was good using eWay website. The conveyancer gave quick responses. Only problem was when conveyancer was out of office, the people covering her were unresponsive.
