Hi - its me (Andrew) in the video and whilst my hair is definitely thinning I'm not bald yet! In all seriousness I have quite a large head (!) and the ear defenders fit fine on myself and all adult heads. You just need to pull the parts the cover the ears, once you have the band in place. We have quite a few images of other adults and older teens wearing them. If you're still having issues please let us know.
