Hi and thank you for your feedback. We had an issue with this product which had been incorrectly labelled which caused some problems - unfortunately we did not communicate this well for which my apologys. We spoke and eventually resolved the issue but it took longer than it should have. We now have procedures in place to prevent this from happening in the future. Andrew

Although previously had a good experience, the last order was dreadfully handled. Delayed due to one item not being in stock (not mentioned at point of order) then further delayed as when it finally came in, another item went out of stock. Very disappointing.

Thank you on the feedback on the shirt. This product is always tricky to size as it needs to be tight and there is a certain amount of give in the material so that it stretches. We are always happy to exchange products if you need a smaller or larger size. Andrew
