With regards to the shipping costs, unless upgraded by the customer, the shipping method is automatically chosen by the size of package. Tangles are made up of multiple sections that are designed to snap apart when twisted, creating a satisfying snapping sound that provides sensory feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the metallic tangle colour. Unfortunately, our supplier doesn’t allow us to select specific colors, so we can’t always guarantee availability. However, if a customer contacts us before placing an order, we’re always happy to check our stock and try to find the preferred colour. We can see from your order that the Chewbuddy product you purchased was part of a promotional campaign. This campaign provides a free randomly selected chew to eligible customers.
