The goods are sent from another warehouse and the despatch labels were issued the day before, this sends an automated email to yourself confirming the despatch. We apologise for the confusion and are looking into this further.

This was ordered on the 28th April and sent on the 4th May by Citylink. Due to the bank holidays, this gave us a despatch time of 2 days.
