This was ordered on the 28th April and sent on the 4th May by Citylink. Due to the bank holidays, this gave us a despatch time of 2 days.

Good website and products, but very slow delivery service, with poor communication re delayed items. This feedback was requested 10 days after purchase of in-stock goods, and I have not received them!

We are currently tighening our systems to despatch orders within 3-5 days. Apologies for the delay in your order, we had to await new stock from the suppliers.

This order was despatched on the 4th May and has now been delivered. Due to a few delays for which we apologise for, we are now tighening our systems to arrange delivery within 3-5 days.
