I fully endorse Ian Bass's comments about the recovery of the initial disappointing start. I wrote to Ian Bass the MD who immediately picked up the issue and remained involved until it was resolved. Wayne the systems technician arrived at 08:30 on the day after we returned home and stayed 2 hrs to sort out the issues. Once the software was reinstalled he tested it thoroughly and then reported his findings to the equipment manufacturer for further investigation. We agreed a test regime involving the equipment working over the weekend when we were spending a day in London, and it passed with flying colours. This is the standard of service we had come to expect from Secure One, Wayne was absolutely superb, and I must thank Ian Bas for his response as well. I can't rewrite the initial history, but am pleased to rate the response as definitely five star.
