Fantastic day and the bus driver was very informative about the Islands history and was willing to stop the bus for the overseas tourists to see our wildlife on the sides of the road.
I find it hard to differentiate between the two categories as the company service includes the coach driver as well, so I presume. I will place all comments in the second box.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience Tour that you booked for your cousin. Whilst this tour is a long day, it is designed for people with limited time to visit Kangaroo Island. The tour itinerary includes the Island’s iconic highlights such as Seal Bay, Flinders Chase National Park and Hanson Bay Koala Sanctuary. To do this, the coach has to travel from one end of the island to the other and when you consider Kangaroo Island’s size (155km long), there is a fair amount of travel that needs to occur including travel to/from Adelaide to the island. The itinerary we have put together for this day tour has been timed to allow visitors as much time as possible at each of these key attractions. We operate our tours in modern coaches that are temperature controlled and I’m sure the driver would have adjusted the temperature if he was aware that passengers were cold. All of our drivers are locals who are passionate about Kangaroo Island and are trained to give expert commentary in English. We do offer personalised 4x4 touring on the Island and can provide guides in various languages including German.
Once again we are sorry that the one day tour did not satisfy your cousins expectation and thank you for your feedback.

This tour is designed for people to experience the Island’s iconic highlights such as Seal Bay and the Flinders Chase National Park. Kangaroo Island is known for its wildlife and we try and include areas that people can see the wildlife. During the summer months, the wildlife is difficult to spot but in the cooler months it is more prolific. The day is a long day as the coach has to travel from one end of the island to the other and when you consider Kangaroo Island’s size (155km long), there is a fair amount of travel that needs to occur including travel to/from Adelaide to the island. The itinerary we have put together for this day tour has been timed as to allow visitors time at each of these key attractions.
