Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding the SeaLink 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience tour.
Due to operational requirements, we had to send an Adelaide-based coach over to Kangaroo Island to operate this tour. The tour driver took a little time to familiarise himself with some of the coach’s features but he did this quickly and the tour continued with no delays.
Kangaroo Island is a large island and this tour includes the main attractions, which are some distance apart. Luckily the main roads on the island are bitumen and the coaches are comfortable.
The island has prolific wildlife but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that animals in the wild will be seen every day. As you would know, Kangaroos spend most of the day sleeping under a shady tree and are not active until later in the day. The couple from overseas were probably not aware of this but I’m sure they would have enjoyed seeing Sealions at Seal Bay, the coastal landscapes, Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch.
