Everything done via website, which was easy to use. Objected to £10 processing fee though for the GHD which was not going to be processed anyway!

Just for future reference we do also accept debit cards for holding the GHD which would prevent any need to pay a credit card surcharge. But thank you for your feedback it helps us continually review the service we offer.

Having reviewed the property earlier in the year, this house certainly fits the criteria to be included within the Scotts Castle Holidays portfolio, whilst the price is fixed by the owner, whom you met, and is a subjective matter. The owner has been informed of the feedback for an additional review.
