Many of our owners do multi list with various agents and portals as well as accepting their own bookings so dates can be snapped up quite quickly. Availability can never be guaranteed until a booking is confirmed with an owner but so glad that we were able to help arrange dates which still suited your plans.
I am sorry you found the bank charges to be excessive, unfortunately we have no control over external charges brought by banks and third party providers, but we can accept payment by sterling cheque or debit card, which do not attract a fee. Hope this helps and look forward to helping with future holiday plans.

Sounds like an excellent time was had by all at this magical castle! Totally agree there is lots of room for everyone to spread out here, with plenty to see and do in every corner of the castle. Sounds like some lovely times were spent around the dining table and in front of the open fires - we look forward to hearing from you again in the future when you wish to return!

We are delighted to hear you had an excellent time at this beautiful mansion and that the weather was kind to you throughout your stay, sounds like you really made the most of the house and grounds! Great that the misunderstanding regarding catering was resolved swiftly between yourselves and the owners, we are always very happy to double check these extras for guests beforehand if notified at enquiry stage, to avoid any confusion as given the nature of letting such unique large houses, they all come with different guidelines. Don't forget to claim your loyalty discount if you ever wish to re book.
