We are very sorry that you have had an issue regarding the delivery of your item. We can assure you that as a small independent business we take great pride in ensuring all items purchased before 4pm are packed and readied for dispatch that day (working days Mon-Fri). Unfortunately, due to the ROYAL MAIL strike action taking place this festive season, collection and delivery times have been severely affected and are entirely out of our control.
Thankfully many customers have been extremely understanding despite the disruption. Unfortunately, we still find ourselves occasionally receiving negative feedback rather than feedback direct to the company which is the cause of the problem.
Again we sincerely apologise on behalf of ROYAL MAIL for the late delivery - we ask that you bear with us during these difficult trading times and thank you for your patience.
