Order processed quickly but no follow-up regarding delivery.
The packaging could have been better, placing the scales box into a larger box without any padding was not ideal in my opinion.

Hi Marika,
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you have not yet received a reply. I have looked into the sale; I can see you ordered 2 x M3 2 kg test weights and a calibration certificate. Calibration certificates with numbering are £35+VAT and we only issue one certificate for each group of weights.
When you placed your order, our new website was experiencing issues; one of which, being that it wasn’t adding charges for the certificates into the cart. However, until this was rectified, we were still honouring the certificates despite them not being charged for.
You have been sent a PDF certificate showing calibration results for both weights, but you will see on the invoice that you haven’t been charged for this certificate.
I can issue two separate certificates in this instance and will send them to the email address specified on the original order.
