Unfortunately due to issues with stock availability from the manufacturer the product was delayed beyond the usual estimated lead time. We apologised for the inconvenience as soon as we were aware that the item had not been received.
As this is a direct shipment from the manufacturer please make us aware that an item is outside the estimated lead time so that we can investigate.

In this case we did everything we could including requesting an upgrade and only relayed the information given to us by A&D Instruments to this customer. We were given promises which failed to materialise time after time. There was a stock issue across all of Europe which lead to this issue and delay in delivery of this customer's MX-50 and was completely out of control.
