Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Hi Joanne Thanks for sharing your feedback. I have reviewed the notes on your file. The payments were monthly and the equivalent weekly payment was less than you requested. Clearly the lender not offering a weekly payment and us quoting weekly was an issue. I apologise if this caused confusion. I am more than happy to discuss this with you further.
