We are truly sorry that you were disappointed with certain other aspects of your stay and we are never pleased to learn when a guest has returned home disappointed. Â The feedback received to date regarding the work has largely been very positive and whilst we understand it is visible from certain areas around the resort, we understand it has not caused any disruption to guests who are holidaying and we sincerely apologise if your experience was not similarly positive. Â Please be assured this work was in no way meant to disrupt your holiday, but to develop and enhance our existing product.Â
