We have checked your account and can see that the VAT amount has been refunded back to you. Please let us know if you haven't received this? With regards to the delivery charge, unfortunately our courier company charge us £10 per box when sending to the Channel Islands and this amount is passed onto the customer. We will pass your feedback regarding the courier charge back to our warehouse team.

Sent me wrong colour of the device

They sent me wrong product colour, not checking properly what the customer has ordered is unprofessional. I am unable to return as it was a gift to my sisters birthday. Very disappointing.

Please note, items being returned must be within 30 days of purchase and be within the original packaging.
