Fraud! offering products they are unable to supply

Sent the wrong item twice, when I explained this I was told this is not the item then stock. They send me hairdryer the sell on their site for £23 and charged me for the item I ordered at £43.......

I have contacted your customer services department twice via e-mail prior to leaving feedback and they have advised they believe you are allowed to advertise an item you do not have and send a cheaper model and charge the more expensive price. I have advised I will be contacting trading standards regarding this. I just wanted the hairdryer you advertised and I purchased.
