Hi Jeanette We can certainly understand your frustration however the floor you purchased was from our basic range and is not a click-together floor, this range is laid one row at a time, had your fitters called we would have talked them through this and put them in touch with our fitters. Goods didn't arrive, complained, told they where resent, never arrived again, complained, told I am being refunded, not refunded yet 1 month later. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Thank you for the feedback we are glad you loved your new floor. Regarding delivery we can only apologise - Due to shortages in the haulage industry the delivery companies sometimes let us down with relaying information regarding deliveries and as we do not own the haulage companies we are also left frustrated trying to get information.
