Thanks for this feedback and glad you enjoyed your flotilla, although I'm sorry you didn't get to go to all the places you wanted. We try to accommodate requests where possible, but the itinerary is never set in stone and depends on a number of factors. Depending on your sailing experience, lead crews may allow you to break away from the flotilla for a day or two, as long as you keep in touch with them. It's certainly worth discussing what you want out of the holiday with your crew, as they will always make allowances where they can. Ultimately though, their decision is final and is with the whole flotilla's wellbeing in mind.
