Thank you for your comments. We apologise for any miscommunication regarding our online pricing structure. The insurance is not added onto the initial online quote as all customers need a different level of cover so that is always discussed with you and bought to your attention before you move in either via our call centre or the store itself, we apologise if this wasn’t made clear to you at the point of discussion. Regarding the price of the unit it seems that you have taken up an offer with an initial introductory discount but require it for more than the maximum duration for this offer hence the price becomes the standard price thereafter. Again, we hope the store explained this clearly to you. We are very happy to hear that everything else related to your storage with us is to your satisfaction. We value your custom so if you have any further queries then please don’t hesitate to contact the store who will be more than happy to assist you further.
