First and foremost thank you for your continued business. Safeguard offers auto pay as a "guarantee no fee" as long as your card remains active. By signing up to avoid future fees the fee was waived. Banks, if you request the check to be there at a certain date and it does not get there will credit your bank statement for a fee incurred. Unfortunately pay bill is not always reliable.
