Hi, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear your parcel was delayed. I have looked into your order and can see that your DPD label was created on the 11th of June but it was not picked up by DPD until the 12th of June. Apologies for this delay. Your parcel should have been picked up on the 11th or the label should not have been created until the 12th. I will pass this information across to the team to ensure this doesn't happen again. Incredibly impressed from a running outlet I am new too. They had a fantastic offer on the Nike Pegasus 35 which I decided to take up. Excellent delivery service which was prompt!
