I can appreciate your frustration with DPD failing to deliver to the correct address. This is the last thing we want to happen to our customers and we are so sorry that it did.
I would like to point out that we did respond to your communication and we also sent a replacement shoe, which you now have. We would never leave a customer without their order if DPD didn't deliver.
