Lovely lampshade, very good quality, you always worry if it gets damaged in transit but it was packed so well l was very impressed. Would definitely buy from rums again.

Table arrived without legs, very difficult to contact customer service. Was assured they would attempt to send legs out but have not confirmed or offered a refund for the faulty product.

Improve delivery, I’ve asked 3 times where it is with the failed delivery when I have been home on all separate occasions utterly disappointed and will not be using Ruma again
