Further to our e-mail correspondence I just wanted to confirm that we dispatched the order from here within the timescales outlined. As mentioned, with all goods going outside of the UK, Customs have the right to stop any parcel they wish and hold for as long as they want and there is nothing unfortunately we or any other company can do in these circumstances. In your case the goods were in Customs for 4 days which is what caused the delay. As mentioned in our e-mail correspondence I am pleased to say that they were released from Customs this morning and are now with the courier so hopefully you will receive in the next day or two. Again apologies you had the delay - very few get stopped but unfortunately this one was. Diane

Thank you so much Jill for the lovely review and very pleased that both the donkeys and the ponies were happy wearing the masks and that they are doing the job for them. Most do tolerate wearing the pull on masks as very close fitting and don't tend to cause rubbing or be uncomfortable. Certainly this year there do seem to be more pests round than usual!
