With regards to the small raise in fees, our prices have been the same for 4 years and have not changed with inflation. Our costs have significantly increased over this time and we decided a small rise would be necessary so we can continue to run our classes with the same high quality our customers are used to. Looking around at other programmes, It doesn't appear you are being ripped off and given the effort and enthusiasm that goes in to the class you attend I would suggest that is good value and do not agree with this comment at all. The fees are clear when booking,we are not hiding anything so you would have know the cost when you booked. With regards to the class, I can assure you there is little relevance in the fact you play (or dont). The coach mentions the term fees at re-booking time so that people do not lose their spaces. Its done for your benefit. With such a large wait list we do not need to pressurise anyone. I'm glad you think the coach was good with the children, Craig is our training manager and has been with Rugbytots for 7 years so its good to hear he has still got it. We cannot comment on other parents but having viewed these classes recently I was happy with the fun atmosphere created and it was great to see so many children having a ball, as confirmed by the amazing feedback we have had from this venue.
