Prompt efficient service. I did want to order more from the store once I returned to NZ however the shipping fees were outrageously high (more than the value of the order) so I cancelled the order.

Spoke to customer and learned that shirt was returned and a full refund issued. Explained to customer that different brands have slightly different sizing. This polo shirt is described on our website as "These polo shirts come in a slim cut so for a more relaxed fit we recommend going a size up". All sizing and measurements are on our website to help customers choose the correct size. Thanked customer for his feedback and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Rugbystore Team.
