Sorry to hear about this potential mix up. We have a highly accurate stock system and it's unusual for the wrong sizes to be picked out. We are aware that Nike boot boxes list the US size above the UK. Is it possible that they may be size 13 US and size 12 UK? Sorry to hear about this potential mix up. We have a highly accurate stock system and it's unusual for the wrong sizes to be picked out.
