We are always reviewing our product prices and we do keep them as competitive as possible, we have received a lot of positive feedback from other customers that have advised we may not be the cheapest option for all products but because of the high levels of technical help and service we provide they do prefer to come to us for the all round service. My apologies that you have had an order with a missing item I can see you have placed multiple orders with ourselves but I can only see 1 reported missing item and I am very happy to see that this was resolved as soon as this was reported to ourselves.
