Either our agency or your landlord thought they were handing over a dirty flat. The inventory clerk and others had not raised concerns on the cleaning standard likewise this was not raised at the check in appointment. The inventory report does not indicate a dirty flat. We have on record and invoices to confirm that the walls and ceilings had been redecorated and a professional clean had been undertaken before your tenancy commenced.
We acknowledged receipt of your email providing us with your amendments to the inventory record.
With regard to utility suppliers we provide tenants with the last known details, unfortunately at times tenants change these and do not inform our agency accordingly.
Further to our telephone conversation today and the letter issued when the repairs were reported, we have chased the contractor this morning for the two outstanding jobs.
