After few days waiting for my parcel, I’m still not knowing where it is or when it is going to be delivered. You took the money from my bank but no update on when I will get my parcel. Not happy.

I'm sorry your tracking was not sent to you once you placed your order and it was sent out. I have looked into this and it looks like there was an error with sending out the incorrect RoyalMail tracking number. I'm very sorry for your Cocktail Bag arriving in this condition. As discussed in our email we did have a leakage on your product in the warehouse but this has now been resolved. We do hope you enjoy your replacement bag we have sent out and enjoy endless amount of cocktails :)
