Did the survey without delay and gave a comprehensive report. Surveyor missed a damp patch on a bedroom ceiling due to poor chimney flashing otherwise to would have been 5 stars.

The survey was completed very quickly. Waited just over a week for report. Was happy to talk over any questions or issues I had on several occasions and was always happy to help.
