After laying the topsoil then the lawn after a week we have mushrooms growing all over the new lawn very disappointed

Decent quality overall but how a brick and a few large stones got through the sieving / checking process is a mystery and a bit disappointing that aside the soil was of decent quality, mixed bag...
i found the top soil to be solid in the bag as if it had been stood for a long time and it took a long period of time to break it down to be able to work with.
