The bag was ful of timber , plastics , bags and once placed on the garden a good 60 percent was removed as waste material

As above, contained bits of plastic and rubbish bags amongst other remnants of non-garden waste. I've had much better quality from elsewhere in the past and so wouldn't order this again.
Unfortunately the quality of the top soil was poor. I had bought it for my lawn but it was full of small stones that I had to remove by hand once the soil had been spread. I would not buy it again.
