Thank you for your feedback and reviews. We do, however, feel that your reviews are a little harsh. We received your order at lunchtime on the 18th March, the order was immediately packed and dispatched the same day. We understand that the courier subsequently contacted you to say that they would be unable to deliver the goods on the following day but would deliver the next day - this is what they did. We can only apologise for the delay, but you will understand this was outside our control. You have given all the ordered products a 3* review - maybe you haven't had a chance to use them yet?
