Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that we weren’t able to edit your order and that you feel let down. That certainly wasn’t our intention. My colleague did try for you however our Warehouse Team were unable to locate your order as it was on one of the pallets already packed to go. At that stage we were unable to add to the order.
