Many thanks for the feedback. Our lead time for dispatching orders is around 2-3 working days, although most small orders are dispatched in 1-2 working days, and once dispatched delivery is usually next day.
I have taken a look at your order to check the delivery timescale. We received your order on the 4th September, it was dispatched on the 6th, and delivered on the 8th. Unfortunately, our courier ran out of time on the 7th and delivered the goods on the 8th.
We use a courier for all of our deliveries which is a little more expensive than Royal Mail, but all orders are tracked by our own staff and we contact our customers direct to assist with any carded deliveries or 'check address' issues, and on the rare occasions that a package goes astray, we will replace any lost items.
Hopefully you are still happy with the quality of the labels and they have stayed in place. We use an external grade, 7-year weathering, vinyl for all our self-adhesive products, and as long as the area is clean, dry and dust-free when the labels are applied, they should stay in place for many years.
