Regarding our delivery charge, we have a standard charge of £8.75 regardless of order size/value on most mainland UK* orders place on our website. Once ready to be dispatched, all goods are sent on a next day courier service, and all deliveries are tracked by our staff to ensure our customers receive their orders promptly. If our courier reports any delivery issues or a customer has a delivery query, we will always liaise with the courier so that your goods can be delivered as quickly as possible. All orders receive this attention regardless of value. Discounts: The majority of products on our website have quantity discounts available. We try to price our products as competitively as possible, whilst offering high quality products. Chocolate treat: We do include a very small treat with all our orders as a thank you for ordering with us. We certainly do not wish to aid obesity and I am very sorry if this has offended you. If you let us know in the notes section at checkout, we will ensure the treat is not included in any future orders you place with us.
