Very good holiday and plenty to see although not as well organised as previous holiday but still very enjoyable

I am pleased to learn you had an enjoyable time on your Vietnam & Cambodia Tour, however I am sorry to read of your disappointment regarding the amount of free time during your holiday with us. We generally receive feedback commending us for our balance between free time and guided tours however, I would like to apologise that this did not meet your preferences. Each month we collate all feedback from our clients and take all recommendations into careful consideration when deciding what is working and, of course, what needs to be altered to meet the needs of our clients. I would therefore like to thank you again for your feedback which will certainly prove helpful.
No problems with Riviera but Ryanair a bit of a pain ie. we couldn't book our return boarding pass before the outward flight unless we paid extra!!!! The riviera rep. had to organise for us.
Brilliant. Customer service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.
The meet at the airport was easy and all staff on bird Lord Byron were fantastic.
