Don't you hate it when a service provider tells a lie in order to cover bad service? First, NEITHER OF THE TWO NUMBERS PROVIDED BY THIS COMPANY WORKED WITH PAYPAL. This "Oh boy" claim is lie upon lie.
The Paypal system would not accept this company's numbers for DATA VERIFICATION, and I provided two screenshots to prove it.
Second, I did not give the wrong number for my cellphone SMS messages. Their system added an extra number in front of my number, which I gave correctly, but it seems like even after they tried to fix the problem, the SMS MESSAGES NEVER REACHED MY CELLPHONE. This was after multiple troubleshooting tickets to their technical staff.
The service WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY even though I provided screenshot evidence to them that the number was not accepted by PayPal, even though I never received a single SMS message at my cellphone. That was unacceptable.
