We are glad that the travel experience went well. We are also sorry that you feel the price of the refueling service was too high. Before closing the contract, all of our agents inform our clients about current amount of fuel in the car, and inform them that the amount of fuel needs to be the same when the car is returned. They also offer our additional service, which includes the service of refueling the car for you after you return it. Since you chose not to take this service, and returned the car with less gas than before, we had to charge you with not only gas but the service of our agent refueling the car as well. The price might seem high to you, but we have a schedule of where the car needs to be after you return it. This is why a car with less gas than agreed on costs us not only money for gas but a time of our employees that need to refuel it and also the time of our potential next customer waiting for the car that was not ready in time due to this unexpected occurrence. So even doe the price might seem unfair this is unfortunately the price you agreed on previously mentioned conditions, which is also detailed in terms and conditions of your contract.
