Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

It would be helpful to have a tab with our usual purchases. Trawling through all the paper to find the one you use can be a pain... otherwise it's not to bad as a shop style site.

I will ask one of our eShop Customer Success team members to call you as we do have a feature of The Ricoh eShop called "Favourites" and I believe this will help you to save items that you regularly buy so you can locate them at a click of the mouse. Furthermore, we also have "Order History" that is another place where previously ordered items can be located and re-ordered very fast.
