Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

My seats were moved to upstairs with no warning and as a travel sickness sufferer this was not acceptable. Most people I asked would prefer to leave earlier to make the most of the day as this year...

Dear Mrs Scutt

I am sorry that you were disappointed with the day. All seats from 1 - 61 will be upstairs on a double deck coach (which will be used if demand dictates), however if you advise at time of booking (by phone, or by adding in your requests online) then your seats will be moved downstairs on a double deck coach.

The NEC is a large venue and we are governed by them on the parking. However there is a very regular shuttle bus running around the car park ring road to the front entrance for free.

Excellent from start to finish.

Coach arrived on time to pick us up and was waiting for us after the show. The tickets to the show were very good and the show was brilliant! Cannot think of any way the experience could be improved!
